Directions From Nashville
Take I-24 East to Exit 66B. Stay on Sam Ridley Parkway for approximately 3 miles to Nolan Drive and turn Right. Go about 100 yards to a 3-Way Stop. Turn right into the Smyrna Town Centre parking lot. Use the left-most door to enter the Fitness Facility.
